Working Principle:

• The paddle dryer is compact in structure and mainly consists of a sandwich casing, a central shaft with staggered blades, inlet and outlet joints, drive mechanisms, control boxes, and other components.
• The mechanism, involves a closed system wherein hot water, steam, or hot fluid is used as a heating medium within the jacket, in the hollow paddle as well as in the hallow shaft.
• The temperature range of heating media is 80 ℃ to 250 ℃. Heating source could be steam, liquid state, such as steam, thermal oil etc.
• The surface of chock shaped blade has self-cleaning function. The relative movements of the product particles and the chocked shaped blades surface clean the materials attached to the blades surface
